As the situation changes, we would like to keep our customers up to date with the latest updates to our operations and where we are at with our inventory that is critical to reducing the spread of COVID-19.
Effective Monday, March 23rd, we will begin winding down retail (in-store) operations. We will be processing orders for delivery only to be diligent about social distancing.
So what does this mean?
- Our doors will be locked, but we are still open for business. We want to protect our employees from this virus and keep them employed for as long as we can.
- We will still be filling, processing and delivering orders to our in town and out of town customers.
- We are continuing our Free, twice daily in town delivery service with some changes detailed further into this update.
- We will be expanding our delivery service to residential locations to service employees working from home
How can you place orders?

- If you would like to pick your order up staff will gladly meet you at our warehouse or front door to give you your merchandise. We will process payment by E-transfer, on account (for credit established businesses) and by credit card. Cash will not be accepted.
Product Deliveries and order processing
We will be ramping up precautions as required for product delivery. Wherever possible, deliveries will be left outside and the customer will be called to ensure they know their delivery is onsite. Signatures will no longer be required and a photo will be taken as confirmation of delivery. Delivery drivers will sanitize their vehicles regularly and be provided with N95 rated masks, gloves, sanitizer and in extreme cases Tyvek suits and eye protection.

Need Home Delivery?
We have opened our delivery service up to residential locations so businesses can supply their employees without the need to leave their homes. This service will be provided at no charge, twice daily, Monday to Friday for North Battleford and surrounding areas. For all other locations, please check our Delivery Schedule for the latest updates on when we will be in your area.
Internal Operations
Gloves have been mandatory since the beginning of this week when receiving, processing and delivering orders. Workstations, shipping areas, light switches, washrooms and all areas where human contact can occur are being sanitized on a scheduled routine throughout the day.
Essential Items
We have a healthy supply of office products in all categories and don’t expect to have any issues with backorders.
Our purchasing team has been focusing most of their attention on ordering essential supplies such as Hand sanitizer, germicidal and viricidal commercial cleaning products, disinfecting and germicidal wipes, N95 masks, Disposable Tyvek suits, eye protection and sprays.
Our first shipment was primarily allocated to groups and organizations that need them the most. Doctors offices, the RCMP, the Lighthouse, and the Foodbank are some examples. Any extra product will be allocated as the orders are received. We strongly recommend placing your orders for this type of product as soon as possible if you anticipate a need for it. There will be delays but it will ensure you have a place in line.
Pricing
We have not adjusted margins higher for any products. Pricing will remain competitive and only be adjusted when costs change from our vendors. This would contradict our core values and ethics as a company. We are in this together and will ensure our customers that you can maintain the high degree of trust you have placed in us for over 41 years.
My last update ended with my personal thanks for your support. It is in times like these where you see the true definition of the word community. Whether it be doing things like ordering take out, buying shampoo, getting your car fixed, trying on a pair of shoes, or buying office supplies. Our local businesses have been here to support your local clubs, non-profits, sports teams and the less fortunate. All of them are now facing pressures that no one in our lifetime have ever experienced. Thank you for allowing us to serve you any way we can.
